This 21,600 square foot facility provides controls for the entire GM Saturn production complex. 12,000 square feet of computer space, 4,500 square feet for expansion, 2,500 square feet for data processing, areas for tape deck storage, console areas for 6 operators, shopping/receiving, break room and offices, expandable 75 KVA redundant UPS system and switchgear, 3 types of fire systems: pre-activate dry-type, 2 halon systems, and standard wet pipe were provided.
Atrium/IBM Production Facility
Delray Beach, Florida
This 100,000 square foot computer assembly and storage facility required clean-room-quality areas, a 70,000 square foot robotics laboratory with high-security and raised-floor access, laboratory HVAC, compressed air, and electrical systems and a company cafeteria was also housed in the building.
Pepsico Brown Bottling Warehouse & Maintenance Facility
Jackson, Mississippi
Mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire protection design services were provided for this 120,000 square foot warehouse and maintenance facility. Brown Bottling includes: associated office space, light vehicle maintenance bays, a general warehouse, paint booths, an exterior fueling point and vehicle parking.
