TCI designed Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing/FP for the International terminal for LEED Silver Certification and it includes: approximately 1.2 million SF, 16 aircraft gates, 12 gates for four Group IV and eight Group V aircrafts, five-stories, Automated Guideway Transit System – passenger peoplemover station, test track, passenger concourse, 62,990 SF baggage system, pedestrian bridge from parking deck, departure gate holdrooms, 22,880 SF of concessions areas and 2 airline club room lounges.

 

Fuel Maintenance Systems Hangar
Selfridge ANG Base, Michigan

The Fuel Maintenance Systems Hangar includes 25,000 square feet for KC-135 tanker, repair for fuel cells, aircraft washing, AFFF systems, ground storage tank, fire pump house, and 7,000 square yards of apron concrete paving.

 

 

 

Cincinnati International Airport
Boone County, Kentucky

TCI’s involvement includes: renovation of 4 gates and 2 new gates on Concourse C, the new 27 gate Concourse D, 25 jet fuel hydrant system renovation and expansion, fuel transmission lines, 20,000-barrel storage fuel farm, truck loading facility, 35 jet fuel pits, pumping systems with 3,000-GPM of fuel capacity and baggage claim and holding facility.

 

 

 

 

 

Fort Bragg
Fort Bragg, North Carolina

The Aviation Support Facility includes 4 helicopter hot-point refueling control station and aprons, 600’ of taxiways and 12,000 SF of apron area, a 260,000 gallon fuel storage farm, pumped dispensing facility for jet fuel and AVGAS, 2 4,000 SF support buildings, hydrant fueling system, and site grading/drainage.

The Fort Bragg Vehicle Maintenance Shop is a 38,000 square foot, 20 acre facility that includes site development, utilities, four lane highway, fuel storage, vehicle hardstand, crypto vault and security installation.

Chicago O’Hare International Airport
Chicago, Illinois

TCI renovated the fuel systems with the integration of truck fill into a super satellite and emergency power to satellite pumps, replacement of 12 tanks with two 67,000 bbl tanks, replacement of two tanks with two 67,000 bbl tanks, replacement of the oil/water separator, roadway lighting, and fire control systems.
