Our engineering professionals work effectively with architects, consultants, and owners using AutoCAD REVIT MEP Suite 2010 and AutoCAD Civil 3D 2010. TCI can produce both BIM Database Models as well as engineering designs using the conventional DWG file format. Publication of projects is done using a high-tech plotting system. Projects can be produced in Adobe PDF format or AutoCAD DWF format. Compatibility with all of team is achieved using AutoCAD’s built-in tools allowing older versions of AutoCAD to open and manipulate DWG files.
We maintain two modern conference rooms containing Polycom VSX 7000 multi-point video teleconferencing systems. Overhead document cameras, 60” plasma screens, and sound system allow for hosting and participation in project meetings and collaboration sessions. When feasible, usage of these meeting rooms saves thousands in travel and labor while affording the benefit of meeting face to face.
Our infrastructure is designed around an all gigabit, category 6 cabling system. Redundant core gigabit routers and switches are connected to a metro Ethernet connection providing up to 100 MB/s data connection rates. FTP, web, email, and SQL Document Locator Servers are maintained in-house to support day to day data storage and exchange needs worldwide.
